Break day 1: Snow warmth

I will be short today, since my online time is limited to this blog post and email checking. My goal for yesterday was simple and was accomplished easily, but I'm not sure it really work so far.

-Relax, do no pressuring activities80%: I did not do any pressuring things, but I wasn't completely able to keep stressing things out of my head.


Conclusion: Good day, but I guess 12 hours is obviously not enough to make me feel less stressed.

Today, I will focus on outside activities to take a bit of fresh air.

-Go showel snowA good stress release and there isn't much snow to showel, so it won't be draining
Take a walk in the wildFeeling nature is so relaxing.
Take a shower and shaveWell, being clean will help me feel better too

I'm hoping that after all that, I will feel less tense and a bit more open socially for the next days, where I hope to be able to spend time doing stuff with my family.
